1. Enrollment & Agreement

By registering for a virtual pilot training programme at Flightpath Academy, you agree to comply with the terms set forth on this page. These conditions govern the use of our educational resources, flight simulator bookings, and interactions with our instructional staff.

Enrollment is confirmed only upon the successful processing of your booking application. We reserve the right to review and decline applications that do not meet our entry prerequisites for advanced simulation courses.

2. Simulator Usage & Scheduling

Our virtual pilot training relies on highly specialised simulator hardware and strict scheduling parameters to ensure every student receives dedicated instructor time.

  • Punctuality: Trainees must log in to the remote briefing portal or arrive at the designated physical simulator bay at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled flight block.
  • Cancellations: You must provide at least 48 hours of notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of that scheduled block.
  • Equipment Integrity: Trainees are expected to operate all simulated flight controls precisely as instructed. Intentional misuse or deviation from the instructional checklist that compromises the training software or hardware is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including route maps, standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals, briefing documents, and custom simulator configurations, remain the exclusive property of Flightpath Academy.

Trainees are granted a limited, personal license to use these materials solely for the duration of their enrolled course. Distribution, reproduction, or public broadcasting of our proprietary training materials is strictly forbidden.

4. Limitation of Liability

Flightpath Academy provides comprehensive simulated flight education intended to build proficiency and foundational aviation knowledge. However, completion of our virtual courses does not grant an official commercial or private pilot license unless explicitly integrated with an approved local aviation authority pathway.

We are not liable for external hardware failures during remote learning sessions, nor do we guarantee successful certification if a student applies for real-world flight testing independent of our provided syllabus.
